ringing Yealink desk phone, prevent answer on handset lift

On a desk phone that has an incoming call ringing on it, how can I set it up so the user has to press a button to answer, so he is free to make outgoing calls, even though a line is ringing in ?

If they need to make an outgoing call when a call is ringing then simply press the decline button on the yealink

Besides the above option, you can configure multiple line keys on the extension. So the first line key is ringing, the user can select the second (or third) line key to get to an outside line.

this has been helpful for us as some of us in IT have the Help Desk line presence on our phones, and if the help desk line is ringing, we either need to wait until it gets answered or hit one of our line keys to get to an outside line.
