Hi 3CX Support:

How to interact with 3CX Call API or other services for auto dialing and play a pre-recorded message (Robo Call) using an external database?

Hello @VITS 3CX,

Using the 3CX Call Control API you can use the PhoneSystem.MakeCall method to make calls. If you need to play a wav file, you need to connect the call to a Digital Receptionist or CFD app.

You can also use a CFD dialer to make these calls, as explained here:

In any case, you make the calls to the external number, and internally you connect the calls to a Digital Receptionist or CFD app...
