We have a potential client who wants new system (they don't have it now) to use an IVR - that allows them to select an area of medical need - then forward the call to the cell phone of that person based on a pre-planned call schedule.
That is not a seperate DID for each area - but one number - then select which one is appropriate for that persons issue.started blocking something out in CFD but not any real experience with that.
Have SQL tables created to drive this but looking for example or help with flow design.
Looks like CFD has to be tied to DID - so can't use IVR up front then route.
So CFD would have to mimic IVR to present choices - and then based on option (1,2,3,,,) would forward call to proper "on call" person.
Looking for some guidance if this is best option.
