Hi Everyone,
I have the following situation. I hope I am describing the situation in the right way.
I have a trunk with a main trunk number and multiple DID's. This main trunk number and all not assigned DID's have the default route to a digital receptionist (No. 810), this digital receptionist also has the other destinations set to separate digital receptionist (when closed, when on break and when on vacation).
the digital receptionists (No. 810) does the things below:
when open it forwards to a queue.
when closed it forwards to another receptionist (No. 820) with a prompt that they are closed and ends call
when on break it forwards to another digital receptionist (No. 830) with a prompt that they are on break and ends call
when on vacation it forwards to another digital receiptionist (No. 840) with a prompt that they are closed on holidays and ends call.
When you call the main trunk number or an unassigned DID after opening hours (for example), the trunk states that the customer is closed, which is okay.
however, the DID's assigned to users are still reachable outside office hours and we would not like that. We would like that, during opening hours the DID's are directed to the users, but on closing/break/vacation, to be forwarded to the above mentioned digital receptionists.
So basically we would like them to follow the same timings and destinations as the digital receptionist, but not the same route during opening.
Is this possible to create this and if so, how can I create this? I would like it to have a solution that would not be able to be changed by a user in the webclient (due too the fact users can change the settings) , so a script or something similar would be great for that.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Michael!
