Router phone with multiple base stations?

Hi all,
I was just wondering, would a cloud hosted 3CX system (AWS) with 4x Yealink W52P DECT base stations, work, if there is only 1 router phone at the premises? (Fanvil X4U).

3CX recommends up to 10 devices or handsets - not DECT base stations - per router phone.
Note: according to the 3CX support page only the Fanvil X4U-V2 is a router phone - not the X4U.
