Trying to deploy a new routerphone on a self-hosted (google) instance. The phone as a user shows up and works, but as the SBC it shows down and the BLF buttons are not registering. Firmware on the phone is 108.86.0.110 and doesn't show the need to upgrade. Any thoughts?

As first step make sure the phone is running the recommended firmware listed in this link https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

Once done, remove the phone from the user extension, apply the changes and perform a factory reset on the device.

In the PBX admin console go to the Phones menu —- options and check that the parameter Allow 3cx to provision securely via RPS is enabled.

Then add the device on the user extension but select the option Connect Directly and save your settings.

After that boot the phone and make sure it is taking the provisioning file.
