Is it possible in 3CX 15.5 to route incoming calls directly to extension by incoming phone number (CallerID). I need fix my clients to his account managers.

Use a CID Rule under incoming rules.

In my database now is about 10 thousand numbers. Using CID is too hard.

What is CDF App? Can you gave link? Thanks.

With 10K numbers, yeah CFD is the way to go.

I wrote a CFD to do that. It includes an sql lookup into the 3cx database to find the last person that caller talked to. Then it forwards the call to that extension. If you want a copy LMK and I'll get it to you.
