Mostly informative currently but we've got a customer who's calls since today suddenly get routed to their cellphone.
This is normal behavior outside of the office hours (9am to 6pm) however 3cx keeps routing calls as if it's still outside of hours, if I change the SIP trunk rule for "Destination for calls outside office hours" to the normal extension calls get routed there so 3cs clearly thinks it's still outside of office hours but both windows and 3cx report the correct time (past 9am).
Double checked all time settings so far, made sure all users/ext involved were set available, everything else operates normally (calls in and out all other routing goes normal, but isn't time specific either)
gave the SIP trunk specific office hours instead of using the global one but the issue persist. Gave windows a reboot just to exclude anything funky there, services are starting and running without issue.
I've seen this happen before but that's when the system time was incorrect, here everything so far seems to check out.
Nothing has changed that I can see that could cause, no reboot, no power outage, no updates that were installed.
As far as I can see 3CX seems to think it's a different hour than what either the system or 3CX reports
Logs aren't really revealing here:
so clearly it's after 9am according to 3CX here? Why is it then routing to out of office?
I did see it offset the timezone:
Currently I'm a bit stumped on this, any pointers would be appreciated!

I did see it offset the timezone:
06/21/2023 11:17:18 AM - Timezone offset: 120 min.
but this seems normal behavior to me, even if it was wrong I'd still assume that at 11am the calls should then get routed "correctly" (9am+ 120m offset) but that doesn't seem to be the case.Currently I'm a bit stumped on this, any pointers would be appreciated!
