One question : Is 3CX Support RTCP ? I know that phones supports that (Yeahlink) but the PBX ?

You are talking about rtcp XR
Rtcp is RFC3550

Ahh yes sorry, over zealous in my quest for RTCP XR.

RTCP (rf3550) send information for media statistics like Jitter, Delay,etc.
With these values we can calculate the MOS.
