Currently, this ability is not supported. Either 1) you specify VoIP as not bound to MS, and in this case your internal extensions should be able to provide externally visible IP to it as well as external extensions do, or 2) you bind VoIP to MS, and than all extensions will pass RTP to it thru MS.
