SA sip trunk

Hello,

3CX website recommends Dataphone as the SIP provider in SA.

Has anyone had any experience dealing with them? I have contacted them a number of times to try to get a line set up but am being passed around a bit.

Anyone have a contact number or email address apart from the ones on the main site?

Hi Andy,

In cases such as this I would contact your 3CX Sales account manager:

They can normally tell you who their contact with that provider is and who did the interop testing. They would be the best person to check with as they will know all about 3CX.
