Solved Sales manager - Users DND

Hi all,

Quick question, is there a way for a queue-manager/sales-manager to be able to change the status of their remote/wah users DND?
They have the ability to log people into the relevant queues, but when the user is DND, they're unable to do so.
I can do it from the admin console, but would like the managers to be able to do this function also without full admin access.

Put your extensions and managers in an extension group and give your managers receptionist permissions.
