Salesloft integration

Struggling with connecting SalesLoft to 3cx.

Could someone please advise if they have done this successfully in the past?

I see there is a tray.io that mentions being able to integrate the two but is this the only way?

This is not a CRM we support out of the box, so you would need to create a template for this, following this guide:

The environment is Mac and Linux based.

Currently use 3cx and have it integrated with customer built software linked to SQL.
They wish to run this integration as well as SalesLoft... (To my knowledge one can only have one CRM connected)
Would it be possible to create a way for these to run parallel? (SQL and SalesLoft)

This depends on how you want to query your systems. Only 1 integration can be configured at a time, but as SalesLoft is not supported out of the box, you will need to create a custom integration for it. When you do this, you could create a template that queries the database, and when the contact is not found then it queries SalesLoft for example. This is up to you.

Hi Gary,

Yes it would be possible. The way we build integrations is a bit different than how it is in 3CX directly so it gives us more flexibility and control over the way we manage and query the data.
