Samsung Galaxy S3 problem

Hi, all
I have a problem with Samsung Galaxy S3 - Android version 4.2
I send config e-mail from 3CX , client receive it, open link and install 3cx phone ver.14, then download config file, but cant open it. I try with diffrent explorers, but the result is the same. Can someone help me. Thanks.

P.S. when I send config e-mails to other clients (with other phones) everything works fine

Thank you, I will try another file explorer and write down result , but maybe on Monday, cause it is my client phone

I know this is an old post but I just came across it after installing a 3CX server at home. I tried to use my S3 for testing and found I had the same issue opening up the registration file. I discovered that Total Commander file manager did recognize it and the 3CX client picked the registration file right up after tapping on it. Hope this may help someone facing the same issue.
