we use SAP Business One as our ERP and CRM software. Now we want to integrate it with our 3CX PBX solution. I already saw the doc here that describes the creation of custom templates but as far as I can tell it only applies to web based CRM Integration. CRM integration with 3CX PBX - How to create a CRM template We want the business partner to pop up when we accept the call, click to call buttons in SAP B1 and a phone book sync from SAP to 3CX would be nice.
Does anybody here have experience with that or knows an existing add-on that would do this?
