Saving voice mail options

We have found that when a caller leaves a voice mail message, it is not saved unless the caller pressess the # key at the end of the call. Many callers fail to press the # key and we don't receive their message.

Is there a way to automatically save the message when the caller hangs up, even if they don't press the # key?

This is a PBX/provider feature, not phone related.
