Good morning, I haven't found any posts about this problem.

One of this customer's SBCs in HA has stopped working.

I took the machine to the lab and noticed that the cluster is no longer present.

How should I restore it?

Now the customer is left with only sbc02.

Can I reinstall from scratch following the procedure at https://www.3cx.com/docs/sbc-high-availability-cluster/ even though the known sbc02 is not here in my lab?

Can I already put in all the correct IPs?

Thanks

Hello,

You should be able to purge and re-install just the one node. Just make sure to set it up as first/second based on its previous config.

Still I would recommend investigating why this node no longers has the correct setup. Is there some filesystem issue etc, that would make it unstable unless resolved?

Hi, okay, so can you confirm that I can set it up on the bench with the same network configurations and provisioning URL as the first node, since that's the one that failed? Then take it to the customer and power it up near the second node?

We have several SBCs in HA, and this is the first time it's failed like this.
Before I flash the ISO, is there anything I should check?
