SBC Controller Authenticates but doesnt register

I'm kind of scratching my head at this, I have a PBX with 11 SBC sites connected to it

Installs on all of them have gone fine apart from this one site I just cannot get the SBC to register as connected with the PBX
I've tried everything from swapping Internet service provider to a new SBC box, to deleting in the SBC itself and re adding it

After installation of the SBC controller it asks for the provisioning URL and then the authentication key, when you get this correctly (i've tried it wrong on purpose too and it denies you access) it registers and reboots like all my other SBC setups did, however when it reboots I still get a red dot in the control panel of my PBX SIP trunks page and all the columns for host, calls , tunk no etc are dashed out like it hasn't yet been setup or registered

I'm kind of at a loss as to where to troubleshoot this next!

I've tried resetting this one up about 8X now, the firewall is completely switched off just for testing purposes and it still doesn't connect, when i log in I can ping the provisioning URL server under root login so i know it can communicate.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Are there setup logs anywhere?

IP conflict? We see that often because of static IPs.

Defo not an IP conflict,- I've disconnect and run advanced IP scanner to clarify this, changed its IP, disconnected and pinged to ensure nothing is using it.

I have even changed the entire subnet of the whole site to a new /21 range and re-tested - still no joy.

It's running on the debian ISO download, same as my other 10 SBC's

During the setup process I noticed you have to stop the DHCP process as although it gives you the correct IP according to the reservation, it automatically assumes your subnet is /24 and gateway is the first ip of that subnet

For some weird reason you have to go in and manually correct this, again same process as my other SBC's which have all worked

I just dropped an SBC into an install on a much larger subnet and didn't need to do any ip reconfig.... is that mentioned somewheer in the docs?

was your route and dns server on the same range is if it was a /24 subnet? if so it wouldve worked by luck

No it doesn't register the internal or external IP address on the PBX

I opened the /etc/3cxsbc.conf in Debian and saw that the SBC password from the PBX was there - so it must've communicated with it as we only enter the authentication key and not the SBC password
