SBC error 10060

Hi team,

i have a remote site that been having issues connecting to our web 3cx. So today i setup SBC on the remote site windows server and i am getting the following

Hi! Make sure that TCP, UDP port 5090 is open at PBX side.

Thanks Heaps, that was the answer, my network guy didnt open both was the issue.
