SBC Question

I have installed an SBC that connects to 3CX . I will perform an upgrade to 3CX. My question is: Will the registration of extensions be lost during the reboot? Or the SBC will keep the extensions active.

Since the SBC connection is lost the phone will also will loose registration. This is expected as they will not be able to contact the PBX server.
