I'm having an issue with the SBC. Every 30-45 minutes like clockwork the SBC goes down for 1-2 minutes and then comes back up. The machines that has the SBC is not losing internet connections as this has been checked already. Why is this happening all the time like clockwork.

Check that date/time is synced on that machine.

Is it installed on Windows or Linux?

Windows. How do I sync the date & time

Check that the Windows clock is set to sync with Internet (right-click the clock and choose Adjust Date & Time to open the settings.)

Yes it’s set to sync

Is there a chance this SBC is a several years PC, if so , check if CMOS battery on MB is always good enough, if battery (CR2032) is low voltage (3V when new) like less than 2volts then replace it.
Low CMOS battery may conduce PC to do very weird things including impossible to boot, loss of date and hour....

PC is about 10 months old

If it happens like clockwork, perhaps the firewall in front of the SBC has a policy to drop connections after a given amount of time?
Or perhaps there is a WAN IP change from the provider end or load balancing equipment over dual WAN?
These events could cause a short disconnection.

What methodology was used to check this?

I have a static ip to both the wan and lan. So that can’t be an issue. I checked with my IT person and there is not any issue in the firewall. But it’s only the sbc that drops. When it drops there is still internet connection.
