I’m having issues with my SBC at various times during the day goes down for a minute and comes back up. Now I kmow that it’s now loosing internet connection. And know this by 2 ways. In my router there is a log when a machine IP connects and disconnects and there is nothing in the Log of any disconnection. And on my machine there is software of when connection to both the network and internet go down and nothing is in the log loss of any connection. I’ve also had a constant ping to both the sbc machine and my server where the system is on and no failed. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the SBC. I’ve tried changing patch cables. And still no changes. So I’m stumped here. Any other suggestions that I can try.

you will want to up the logging on the SBC and then review the logs when it next goes down.

Also, compare this with verbose logging on MGMT console.

What do you mean up the logging on the sbc. I have the log in my router and a logging software on the actual machine. And router doesn’t show its loosing internet or connection to the networks. And there is a logging software on the actual machine. And again no logs of loosing connection to the internet or my router. And it’s a hard wire connection and even changed the patch cable. Even pinged and no loss of packets. All when I get the alert that the sbc went down and came back up.

Great, so youre using logging softwares for everything but 3CX. Now you've established its not internet or network related, you need to know whats upsetting 3CX.

You havent stated what your SBC is running on either.

Logging for SBC is done under the SBC > Settings tab.

Ok. My bad yes I also have the same logging software on server. And in looking at the logs again the server is connected and no loss of internet. Now I did go in to verbose and look at the log when I got the alert that it went down. And all it showed were similar to the email alert the sbc went down and came back up.
