Scheduling a web conference

I'm trying the free license of 3CX V15 and everything is going well. I am able to start a web conference using the 3CX Client. But am I able to schedule a web conference either on the server or using the client. I can schedule an audio conference. Is that the same thing?

You can schedule both, the difference is web conferencing will open a web browser session with video capabilities where the audio conference will initiate a call in the conference extension in the PBX.
The number of participants in both cases depends on the license you have.
