Scheduling Open / Close for alternating Saturdays

I have the need to have the system have open for business hours prompts for Every other Friday / Saturday. Such that if the office is open this Friday, they will be closed on Saturday, so next week they'll be closed on Friday and open on Saturday. Is this possible?

Also, is there a way to trigger Closed hours from a phone? So, let's say for some reason tomorrow, the office needs to close, can they enter a command that will toggle to closed (and I'm guessing it will go back to open on the next scheduled change).
