Script that monitors new call recording...

Hi guys,

I've built a call transcription programme that activates when an archieved call recording is saved to a google bucket.

This process happens once per day.

I would like this process to be activated on creation of the call recording and have read it is possible to add a script to 3cx to monitor when a new call recording is saved in 3cx.

Does anyone have a simple script that I can use that monitors the call recording directory in 3CX and then archives that recording (thus pushing it to my google bucket which triggers my process).

V20 allows to archive the recordings at the end of a call automatically. This will solve your problem.

V20 is still beta, so don't update yet.

Not worth it.

And check the blog posts. There are many about v20 and the new app.
