Scripted Login for Wallboard

I'm using a digital signboard from BrightSign to display the Wallboard. There's no mouse or keyboard input, however. Is there a way to script or embed the credentials into the url? I know how to do it with an FTP site but don't know if the 3CX will accept that format. I tried http://username[email protected]:5000/wallboard but no luck.
