Second Line message

Hello

3cx system, with multiple extentions
now i like for 1 extension, if the 1line is in use, the second caller hear a message, "im busy try again later or something."
only a message, not a voicemail.

is this possible?
for this extension i use 2 phones, that means 1 line is still avaiable,.
but i prefer the situation above...

Phones have no link to lines.

Just enable "Accept multiple calls" under the Extension > Forwarding Rules.

If you have two phones, same extension number, and use the option mentioned, then if the first set is engaged, the second will ring, and ring, and ring, if there is no voicemail enabled. If you want the caller to receive a busy signal, then you can't use voicemail, and don't want to accept more than one call. If you want them to reach a recording, then that call could to go to an IVR with a custom message, and no options enabled.

Hello and thanks for the answers, , voiptoys is the best option i think.
but the problem is, i like to use multiple voicemails.
so is my default voicemail a message with the times when we are open.
i use that in combination with the time settings.

when i choose for this option, the people hear that message, and not my "busy message"
or is it needed to add a extra extension where i set voicemail default at busy message?
