I am facing a strange issue and I was wondering if anyone here would have some suggestion as to what to look for.
One call in progress: No problem!
But while call #1 is in progress, if another phone start ringing, the audio cut on the first call until the second call stop ringing..
Any hint would be appreciated
We are using call queue.
If we record the call, the audio doesn't appear to drop at all.
