i have 2 trunk from 2 separates providers with different DID. one is using route 1 for incoming and router for the second. first trunk is working fine with no issues. second trunk is also registered but for incoming calls it either drop the call or give busy signal. Log on the provider's side shows 3cx is asking authentication for incoming on second trunk. any ideas?

If this is a tested/supported Voip Provider from 3CX, then check the doc https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/ and make sure no manual modifications are applied.

If this is a generic Sip Trunk, this sounds like a source Identification issue. Since this is immediately connected to the Voip Provider's Sip Server configuration you will have to check the guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk-inbound-calls/ and adjust the inbound parameters and/or in case the same DIDs are used on both trunks you may need to clear them (eliminate duplicate DIDs).
