Hi 3CX Community,
I’m experiencing an issue with Secure SIP settings in 3CX.
Version I'm using: v18.0 (Build 35)
Here’s the situation:
Is there any solution or workaround for this? Should Secure SIP settings be backed up and restored automatically, or do I need to manually reconfigure the settings every time? This is private setup and the FQDN is not publicly available over the internet.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Version I'm using: v18.0 (Build 35)
Here’s the situation:
- I have Secure SIP enabled on my primary 3CX server with all certificates and keys properly configured.
- However, every Friday when I restore the backup of my system to the secondary server, I notice that the Secure SIP setting is unchecked, and the certificate and private key fields are empty.
What I’ve Tried:
- Restoring the backup multiple times on the secondary server.
- Checking the 3CX backup settings to ensure everything is backed up.
