Hi

As per title, is it possible to see which extensions have set up personal identification or see which haven't set it up?

Thanks

If you export extensions you should see a column in there for personal ID

Via SSH, check each voicemail folders for the self_id_prompt.

If you want to automate the process of ensuring every user has a Self ID recorded, you can talk a look at our 3CX Auto Self ID. This tool checks for missing Self ID messages and auto-creates any missing message using Amazon's text to speech engine which is actually quite good with user names.

@akm Keep in mind that any 3rd party installation in the PBX server which interferes with the 3CX System, is not tested neither supported from our side and in case support is requested we cannot proceed with further troubleshooting.

I concur with @TheodorosG_3CX specifically where he points out that 3CX has no developer certification process in place for testing or authorizing 3rd-Party tools.

Nevertheless, there clearly is a lot of demand for 3rd-party tools that expand the capabilities of an already awesome phone system (3CX). For our part, we have been building commercial tools for 3CX for more than 14 years. We have customers in approximately 100 countries, and thousands of customers paying monthly subscriptions for our tools. I think that demonstrates the value 3rd-party developers bring to the 3CX community.

I used to work for 3CX Technical Support, so I completely understand the concern expressed. An inexperienced developer could create a lot of problems and adversely impact the functioning of 3CX. But at the same time, 3CX does encourage and promote the use of their Call Flow Designer (CFD) tool for building extensions to 3CX. I will point out that the CFD supports adding whatever C# code you want. How is that any different from what 3rd-party tool developers are doing (in fact many of our tools also leverage the CFD)? Does that mean if I use the 3CX CFD to add functionality to my 3CX that 3CX will no longer support that instance of 3CX? I do not think that is what is being said at al... and that is precisely my point. Building extensions for 3CX is one of many very important selling features, and makes 3CX one of the most customizable phone systems on the market..

Keep in mind that there are limited libraries that work with the CFD.
