How can I select external line when maiking a call ?
In classic pbx I use for example 9(any by pbx), or desiered extention (710...715) then number XXXXXXXXX
But in 3cx using SJphone I could'n specify ext line.

I see

but is it the only way defining out rules for chosing ext line ?
Fo example I have extention 100-104 and VOIP provider's lines as 10000 and 100001/
What mean these numbers ?
In classic pbx I would use these numbers to directly specify ext line - 10000 then XXXXXXXXX....

This is not necessarily the case in the PBX.

In terms of the gateway, lines are numbered as you are explaining. However, 3CX treats the numbers offered as a pool, and will route calls to the pool. Which number the call actually goes out on is not determined.

What algoritm is used when chosing ext lines ?

I noticed that the first line always chosen first not round robbin...

If i make it my second line, then the first is captured & the call will not go out
