Solved Self Hosted 3CX - how to turn off.

We are moving from 3cx hosted to self hosted. For that I have created a local 3cx server and restored to this a backup from the live 3cx system. Then I stopped the live phone system to test the new system.

It all works great but we aren't ready to move to the new system so I want to stop the self hosted system so I can start the 3cx hosted one again. But how do I turn off the self hosted 3cx system?

Hi Stephan,

glad to hear that everything works as expected! You can simply shutdown your on prem machine, and restore the Hosted by 3CX instance from your Portal by going to the Hosted tab of your Subscription and click Restore button.
