Solved Self indentification greeting not played prior to transferring from dial by name

I have setup a Digital Receptionist with an option for a caller to access the dial by name directory. I have asked all users to record a self identification message. When calling in, I am able to locate a user in the dial by name directory, and it initiates a transfer, but to my surprise, the self identification message is not played. I had assumed that once a user was located in the dial by name directory that the PBX would announce something like, "Transferring your call to:" followed by the playing of the user's self identification greeting. Is there any way I can get the self ID message to play before initiating the transfer? If not, what is the purpose of having the greeting recorded if it is not played?

It would appear, that the only time the SI message is played, is when there is more than one match.
