Send Busy - no longer available?

Hello,

I am using 3cx 15 in cloud.
in Extension settings > Forwarding rules I can set what happens when someone calls me, but I am already talking to someone.

There is a number of options (Send to voicemail, End call etc). But there is no "Send busy" option that would just play a busy tone, like on ordinary PSTN calls.

Is it impossible and I should use END CALL to play a prompt that will say "Phone is busy" with actual words instead of a tone??

If you uncheck Accept multiple calls then busy tone will be played, if you want prompt which says Phone is busy, create Digital receptionist with your prompt, and forward "if busy" to that virtual extension number and select end call (with If no input within seconds: 1)

Hello @Andriy

Please note that under Settings / PBX there is an option called "Play Busy prompt when extension is busy" . When that option is enabled and the forwarding option of the extension for "If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to:" is set to "End Call" the PBX will play a busy prompt.
