Send message to extension or group with webhooks

We want to know if there is any possibility to send a message to an extension or group chat using webhook or maybe another solution? As an example for an internal monitoring software to send a message directly to 3cx.

There is no available API to integrate you external monitoring with 3CX. I can give you the idea of how the SMS Webhook is working with 3CX in case this helps.
