Send SMS via Call Flow Designer

Greetings,

I have some clients that use the SMS integration via Bandwidth. They want to create a call flow app that, when a particular option is selected, an SMS message can be sent to their cell with a URL. Is it possible to call a 3CX chat or SMS message to accomplish this from the call flow designer or API?

It is not possible to request the SMS to 3CX. You will need to use the REST API provided by your SMS vendor. You can use the Web Service REST component to send the message using their API.
