Sending a fax from a windows computer using 3cx fax server??

My fax server is setup and working fine it receives them and forwards them to the specified email. Apparently there is some way to connect a windows computer using windows fax & scan to the server to send faxes but I'm unable to find any technical information on how to set this up can anyone help me?

Where does this "apparently" thought stem from?
Windows Fax and Scan if I recall relies on an internal Fax Card - or similar conversion, ie: http://www.t38faxvoip.com/fsp/faxservice.htm
