Sennheiser USB headset call disconnect not functioning

Installed Sennheiser SC230 USB CTRL II headset, latest version of HeadsetPro, rebooted, configured 3CX Webclient (current Chrome) under Settings/Personal/Audio Video/Use Headset and headset appears, End call button does not end call; if pressed twice seems to try to redial last but has error. Using the Windows 3CX desktop client, all works well. I

s there a fix for this in the future?
