SERVER ERROR - I cannot log in...

I cannot log in.


3CX support, can restart the machine in the FQDN https://wolke.3cx.com.br/#/loading

I have a hosted free by 3CX, and when I try to log in console I get server error message.

For being an instance hosted by 3CX, I cannot reboot the machine.

Hi,

We have rebooted your machine, but it seems you are also running your own instance that at some point probably activated both keys. This quite likely made both your FQDNs point to a single instance.

The 3CX hosted instance will update its FQDN eventually but this will take up to 6-10 hours
