Solved Server-Error on Login - fresh install

Hello, I recently tried to install 3CX Debian ISO multiple Times on an VMWare ESX.
I can run the installation, until its finished the Web Wizard works fine.
After this I try to log in at the Webinterface Http 5000 or Https 5001 doesnt matter, there is always an "Server-Error".
I tried different Hardware Specs and Install ISOs, not difference.
On an other ESXi or Hyper-V with the same Serial and ISO it works fine.
I also tried to clone a working VM and port it to the not working ESXi, same problem "Server-Error".
Can anyone help me?
Is there a communication to external IPs oder Ports needed for Login which I can try?
There is no known Firewall or Port Filter for Outgoing packets installed.

It was a Problem auf the System Clock, there was a difference of 2 hours to local Time
After setting the correct time und UTC Time in ESXi the VMs have the correct local Time (saw no problem theere to this time), now it works.
Completely my fault.. so stupid.
