Solved Server error on login

Hi everybody,
I have an issue while trying to log in on our Management Console, it looks like the API are down and it always show "Server Error". I do not have access to the server because it's the hosted express one, and also I don't have the instance in my customer portal, what should I do to restart the instance or fix the issue?

I just noticed that I am able to access the management console by using IP address but not by FQDN.
