I am supporting a 3CX Pro 15.5 SP6 (Windows) system which had some sort of instability earlier today. I had to forcibly restart the computer. Now, I am unable to log in to the 3CX Management console; when trying it says "server error".
All services are running. The 3cxmanagementconsole.log file shows a line every time a login is attempted:
"An error occurred while reading the key ring"
In an effort to resolve the issue, I uninstalled 3CX and reinstalled and restored from a backup from the day before. The restore was successful (the system processes calls fine) but the same login problem exists and the same message appears in the log.
I tried to log in to the WebClient interface and have the same problem.
Did something not get removed for the uninstall or is there some interaction with a Windows issue causing the problem?
