Hi all.

I have tried rebooting the 3cx box and the problem still persists. 3cx was installed from debian.

Can you physically go on-site and trying logging in to TTY?

If this is a VM, do you have a KVM, VNC, Remote Console you can try logging into?

If you have a backup and do not have your password, can you just re-install?

Another thought once you get in, are you out of available disk space?

Are you sure you're even reaching the correct box? If this was a move from one box to another and are you are reaching it via DNS you could be connecting to a different 3CX instance.

The box is the only one with 3cx installed on it. So the box is the correct one and I can even put the box on a workbench and work on it directly. I am using the actual IP address and not DNS. The console password is the correct one but it gets rejected. I have a screenshot of the root password taken at installation. Web gui login still shows "Server error" even after powering OFF the box for a while. Its sad that I ended up re-installing 3cx debian without figuring out what caused this. My fear is that it shall happen again and I dont have a solution. Can 3cx please act on this challenge. I have noticed it in many posts and not resolved.

This is a misconfiguration or something on the machine. It would require a support ticket to resolve it, its not a 3CX issue as you claim....

Everything was working fine for weeks and without any configuration change "Server error" starts happening, devices fail to register and console credentials start getting rejected. How is it a misconfiguration?
