Hi,

I'm having an issue trying to log in to the management console. I enter the username and password, click "Login", wait about a minute, then I get a red "Server Error" message. If I enter the wrong password, I do get the incorrect password message.

This is a self-hosted Debian install, running in a VM on ESX, was working fine on Friday, now Monday morning and not working. I have restarted the VM several times, and restarted the management console service a number of times too, to no avail. I have added (from an old post about v15 sp3 simillar issue) the timeout of the init script to 600, still no dice.

I think the service looks fine:

Users can make incoming and outgoing calls, but they can't access recordings and any reports.

My IP address/range isn't blocked, as I learned from a previous problem, and adding a whitelist is now the first thing I do on a new install! This install has been around for a good number of months.

I have SSH access - are there any log files I can check to see what is going on during the logon? Or in general? I don't know the exact version of the install - how can I find that from the command line?

Thanks in advance.
