Greetings,
I know this isn't a technical support forum. I am hoping that there might be some people who have experience with Linux that can give me some insight.
I have done some digging on this problem. First, here is the system design
On prem Debian 10 server running 16.0.0.1581.
I pulled up the logs and found that networking.service is in a failed state.

I tried to disabled the NetworkManager but it says that itn't not present. Since I am not an expert with Linux I am not sure if this is pertinent. I ran the following commands and they all passed:
ip address
ip route
cat /etc/network/interfaces
cat /etc/resolv.conf
cat /etc/nsswitch.conf
nslookup ubuntu.com
dig ubuntuforums.org
ping 192.168.161.254
Here is the configuration of my NICs:

The system has worked great for the past two years and now this problem came up where I can't log into the GUI of 3CX. I have restored a backup and restarted the server with no luck. Any ideas?
Sam
