I am running V16 RC (Pro license, 8SC) in the Google Cloud on a Linux f1 Micro machine (600 MB RAM). I have had almost continuous problems trying to log into the management console for the past year that I have been using 3CX. While trying to log in as admin, I get a red Server Error message. Restarting the Google Cloud instance fixes the problem.
Sometimes the entire PBX stops working. Restarting the Google Cloud instance fixes the problem.
Recently (since v16), I cannot even surf to the web client login page. The error message is Disconnected. Waiting for network. Restarting the Google Cloud instance fixes the problem.
I am wondering if there are log files I can go through to isolate the problem. It would be easy to just guess that the problem is an underpowered Google Cloud instance, but it is always better to know exactly what the problem is before trying a fix. Perhaps I could just add some swap space.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
