I have set up a hosted server, however when I try to log into the management console it simply states 'Server Error.

If I try to log into the webclient, 'Disconnected' is repeatedly shown and I do not get the opportunity to log in.

Any advice?

Henry

Hello,
Your hosting service has not reached the end of the subscription?

I only signed up this morning?

Hello,

It seems that your VM machine had really high CPU Steal utilization.
We have initiated a Live migration of your machine to less busy Hypervisor.
Your problem will be resolved soon.

I have the same problem. Cant log in, even when it will happen, then users doesn't hear anything. Now it's impossible to show my panel. (mksmakurat.3cx.pl)

From what I can see your machine is up and running.
Can you please check again and inform us?

Yes, I see the same when I log in at portal.3cx.pl but - can't start xxxxxxxx.3cx.pl. Error from Chrome or Edge: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

@sledz98 I have removed your FQDN from your post as this had critical info.
As I can see your machine is up and running and there were no issues or
alerts for this instance.

Sorry, but still nothing. I know server is running, but my trunk provider says that from 3cx RTP packets are not sending to them. I cant call to anywhere, always is message that number does not exist.

@sledz98 since your Management Console is up and running and the issue is with your Provider, I would recommend to check this with a wireshark capture and you will see that RTP leaves from the PBX side or you may open a ticket with our Support Team via your Portal and we can check this.

Well, the problem is not with provider. Now I cant login to Management Console. It looks like offline (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT). It's happening few times per day.

@sledz98 I can see that your Management Console is up and running and there are no issues at all.
Have you checked from another connection, like 5G on your mobile to open the Management Console ?
In order to eliminate any local DNS issues on your side or any other network related issues.
