Server Error

Getting server error trying to login to management console. We are using a 3cx hosted version at the moment so cannot get any access to the servers.

Any ideas how we can get back in.

Is this a free instance via PBX Express or is it hosted on your own cloud server?

its a free version from 3cx whch I took out about a year ago
