Server Error

Hi all,

We have a server error when logging onto the 3CX Admin Console through the UI and credentials not recognised when SSHing onto the Server too. It's knocked off the phone handsets with unregistered device but users are still able to use their software application. Could you advise what would be best in this scenario? It's hosted on a Debian server too. If you need more info, please let me know. Thanks.

Very odd question, surely you know where the 3CX server is located.

Anyway, i would say it is internal as you get a watchguard login accessing https://digicash.3cx.de

Very noobish questions I know but with very minimal amount of information being handed over to us, we have really had to work our way backwards with this. I'm in a case where I cannot SSH onto the server where this is located. So, apologies for the lack of knowledge, still early days for me and telephony systems.

If 3CX is windows , then you will not be able to ssh - you need another remote access i.e. RDP or find the server internally.

SSH is for debian installations only.

Hi Saqqara, this is installed on a Debian platform as stated on my original post. Not handy that all the logins we have aren't allowing us in. If phone continuity is there but the ability to SSH or use the UI to log onto the system isn't available, could it be as aws2p noted, a case where we are lacking memory?

The error you are getting suggests that a service is not running on your PBX which could be caused by lack of memory or lack of HDD space etc.
if it was lack of memory you could still probably SSH into the instance to check the services so i think you have the wrong credentials. If this is a physical server perhaps a reboot of the server could help.

I have an issue where webgui takes a long time to come up then logging on says "Server Error" after some time. My instance is a 3cx free trial - on their resources somewhere.
